I’m always telling people at our libraries that I love Shoutbomb, it’s is like my personal assistant for the library. I love that I can keep track of my entire family’s items all from one account.
I’m sure our libraries think I’m trying to push this product, but that is actually my opinion as a library patron.
On a professional level I would like to add that Shoutbomb is reasonably priced with great support. It’s great to get that personal touch with any of our questions we may have.
